Problema di visualizzazione su browser differenti

Salve.

Dopo aver caricato il mio sito, tramite filezilla, mi sono accorto che in base al browser utilizzato cambia l'ordine dei contenuti e non scorrono le pagine.

Con Safari nessun problema, ma con Chrome e Mozilla cominciano i problemi, cambia l'ordine di oggetti, delle pagine non scorrono, soprattutto se viene aperto su Pc con schermi abbastanza grandi.

Quale potrebbe essere il problema?

There can be different reasons for the problem, especially if it happening in selected browsers.

We will surely check on your issue however, need some basic information like URL of your site, and screen shots showing the difference in your sites.

Sorry for the long delay on getting back to you. I was on a long leave.

However, while looking at your query I found no issue while scrolling your site, either on PC or Mac.

Were you able to get it fixed or something different at my end?

Im Firefox & Chrome, I see some problems in small viewports.  If you scroll horizontally to the right, there is some clipping on the top menu & footer.  See screenshot.  I outlined block level elements in my browser for demonstration purposes.
