Hey everyone,

I faced a problem with a starting window named "New  site". When I try to push "additional setups" the window turned a little square without any possibility to choose necessarily options. See the screenshots attached.

I've tried to reboot Muse and even Adobe Cloud several times but nothing has changed.Скриншот 2017-08-26 19.02.12.png

I'd be very grateful if you help.

Hello маргариташ,

Sorry to find you in this trouble.

Since when are you facing such issue, does it also happen with a new file?

It might also happen because of preferences.

Please try the following steps see if any of them works.

Solution 1: Reset Preferences

  • Make sure Adobe Muse is not open.

For Windows:

  • Go to the following path in Windows Explorer. C:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\Roaming
  • (Replace <user_name> with your username)
  • Look for a folder named as "com.adobe.AdobeMuseCC.VERSION" and rename it to "co

Hi Ankush,

Thank you for being so responsive.

Unfortunately, I couldn't cope with my problem I'd mentioned above.

First of all, I reinstalled the Muse, but it didn't help

Then I tried to follow your instructions, but I don't have folders "AppData\Roaming"

I also tried to find any of the folders with the finder - no results.

Could you advise anything else, please?

Thank you

Rita

Hi Rita, This

Looks like a tech will have to take a remote charge of your system and resolve this issue.

I suggest you the best option will be contacting the support desk - contact-support

Ankush
