You must have the full CC plan and will find Muse when "going to" preferences (of CC) and there - look for "Apps" or "Applications". There, scrolling down, you will find a checkbox "Show older Apps". Checking this will show Muse in your "Application screen". Not in "Big Sur, though, I heard.
