"Click all services" Option for muse??

I have a lawn care client that would like his estimate form to be laid out like this one: https://aspenlawn.com/get-a-quote/

Is there a way to allow customers to "Click all services you would like to receive a quote on"?

The catch is that AFTER they have selected which services they would like, they need to select even more options for these services on a separate page.

Example: The customer would like a quote on Irrigation services, Lawn Care Services, and Landscaping Services

After they selected the buttons and clicked "next", they will be redirected to another page with more detail on the following 3 services.

PLEASE HELP!

I guess this needs some proper CMS in the background with all those filter options and show diffferent results on a then "newly" created page with these results in mind.

Out of the box with muse this is not possible.
