I'm making a clothing webstore as a school project. Are there any widgets for adding a cart that you can't check out? like a mock shopping cart basically..

To be honest, Muse would be my very last choice for creating an e-commerce site.   IMO, Dreamweaver would be a better fit because you have full access to code.  Also Muse is EOL now so there is no future for this app except for quick comps or mockups.

I'm not exactly sure what functionality you expect from a "fake" shopping cart though.   Maybe you could use PayPal in sandbox (aka testing) mode.
