So Adobe what's up with this nonsense. First you "end of life" muse but now we have to endure new bugs too?
I just updated the metadata keywords on my site. Nothing else was changed at all. Now I get Error 400 can't sync fonts?
Nothing works. I've signed in and out, substituted the fonts to ones that work on other pages... This error occurs when trying to publish with the latest (and last) public version but also with the last beta. What gives?
Many apologies to find you in this trouble.
As per your issue description, it looks like you have followed the steps mentioned in this doc - Error 400: Font not available to resolve error 400.
However, as being said that issue still persists I suggest you contact our - Customer Care so that it can be investigated.
You're kidding right? What do you think Customer "Care" is going to be able to achieve. They search Google/knowledge base for the (simple) answers and read off a screen. So your solution is basically: Muse is end of life and we don't feel the need to support it in any usable manner.
Is that really the answer an original beta tester and 6 year user gets after so many years of helping solve bug issues?
Aren't I still paying for Muse in my subscription? YES so where's the support?
Sorry for what you have felt, however my intention was to get your issue fixed as quickly as possible.
What support will do is grabbing your file and checking out the root cause of this issue.
Still if you are not comfortable doing that you may share the file with me which I can send forward to the next level.
For sharing the file you can follow the steps explained here - https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-8652 and send the link to me in a private message.
For doing a private message hover the mouse on my picture and click "message".
