Responsive Footer Break Points

Hello! I've done multiple chats and phone calls with Adobe Muse support, and no one can seem to help me with my issue.

The footer items in my A-Master page are not responding well, no matter how many break points, pinning, un-pinning, locking, unlocking I do.

Here is the page I am having issues with....if you scroll to the footer and adjust it, you can see the issues.

You’ve given us the address of the local version of your site (127.0.0.1).  You will need to upload it to a host for us to be able to view it.
