I would like this page Commercial and Residential Properties in Tampa The Coach CookTeam to respond to resizing a browser window
like this page does https://www.hanstonequartz.com/
Can it be done in Muse 2018?

Well you have com quite a long way, doesn`t look too bad, does it?
Where exactly do you struggle? At 768?
As far as I can see, your logos are kind of fixed here:
I learned, that on fluid width breakpoints the elements are best to be set to resize responsive as well.
But, as I don`t know, how you created your logos, it is cheaply to tell this, so I kindly ask you for a .muse.
You can do this by reducing your site to just one page, save it new named into your Creative Cloud Files and by right click, share a link with us.
You can also watch this file: Adobe Creative Cloud
On breakpoint 768, which might be kind of unnecessary, I changed the resizing options from responsive width to responsive in width and height. No pinning at all BTW is necessary, but the text box needs the responsive width.
Check it out, if that helps.
The advantage of your example page: they only use one logo and the icons are just icons with no text that would need some setting.
Best Regards,
Uwe

I also have attached a a link to a zipped file with the needed assets:
I appreciate your time and interest in my question.

Could you tell us, what you want to be improved in the version of your post 2?
Is it the size of the text boxes or something else?

Hello Günter,
I would like to have the images and text boxes remain centered vertically in the browser in all break points, regardless of the device or browser window size.
Maybe a third-party widget?
Thanks for considering my question.

Vertical centring of elements unfortunately isn’t possible in actual Muse.
You may find a widget for that. Just google „Adobe Muse vertical center".
