Hi. I'm new in the world of designing.

I cant't figure out why if i create two rectangles with the same RGB colour, one directly in Muse and the second one created and import from Illustrator, they do not have the same colour in the site page (neither in Muse obviously).

Anyone can help please?

This can’t work!

  • The color mode of your ai-document is set to CMYK.
  • No color profile is assigned. (The web uses sRGB)

Do the following:

  • Open your ai document
  • Assign document colour mode: RGB. („File“ menu)
  • Assign colour profile sRGB IE61966-2.1 („Edit“ menu)
  • Now look at the RGB color values: 75/73/92.

If you place this image within Muse and define the background rectangle with exactly these colours, all will be fine:

Could you please give us (a) the original .ai file, and (b) a .muse file with nothing else but this image placed? Please upload these 2 files to Dropbox or a similar service, so we can have a look. You may follow these instructions: Please Provide a .muse File to Help Us Fixing Your Issue!
