rollover mouse cursor

I'm trying to change the cursor when is passing over a slideshow widget. But the mouse cursors widget changes in every link or image. Any idea?

Mobile and tablet users do not have a mouse. 

What exactly do you want desktop users to see when they hover over a link or slideshow?  The browser default for an active link is a hand as shown. 

Non-linked elements are typically an arrow.

Scalable elements are typically a magnifier with plus sign.
