Select more than one button and lead to a customized page?

Is there a way for multiple buttons to be selected at once, click "submit", then lead to a customized page with information on the buttons selected?

Example: I have a client that does lawn care that wants his services in button format. So they could click more than one service at once to get a quote, then these buttons that were selected will lead to another page with information on each button.

So, client will choose they want an estimate on "lawn care, lawn treatment, and irrigation" (3 separate buttons)

They will then click "submit", then this will lead them to another page with more detail on lawn care, lawn treatment, and irrigation.

Hi nataliecorley,

This  can't be achieved  with natively with Muse

However, It looks like the example site which you have shared has used google forms to do the thing - Google Forms - create and analyze surveys, for free.

You may give it a try and see if works for you.

Other experts can also chime in with their inputs.
