Server Error in '/' Application. Runtime Error

Ive created a site in muse and have uploaded via filezilla but keep getting Server Error in / application. Runtime error.

I am a fairly new user and hope i havent done something drastically incorrect

What happens ifyou just publish it directly from muse to Adobe BC?
