SHOW by Muse Themes video player disappeared from site.

I made my website in MUSE and use Muse Theme widget SHOW for a video gallery.   it puts a library grid of thumbs and a player.  It worked flawlessly up untill a little bit ago.   The Thumbnails are gone.   i went back and bought Vimeo Player from Muse Themes last week and it too did not appear on my site.   I asked a programmer friend if there was somthing with my server and his thoughts were a bad code in those to video players.  i have been trying to contact MUSE Themes with no avail.   Is there any insight out there?  Could use a little bit of help right about now.   Thanks

Hi @leskamens,

Stop using Muse to develop websites.   Muse is End of Life.  And I don't think MuseThemes is in active development anymore.  Muse code is outdated & unsupported.   Everyone who worked on Muse left the building in March 2018 when the Muse EOL was first announced.

You certainly don't need special widgets to play video online.  All that's required are a couple of lines of error-free HTML5 code and MP4 video which all modern browsers support.
