site title comes up as 'home' on Google searches

Hi

having renamed the 'Home' master page of my site - theatre photographer | London - in Plan it now shows as 'home' in Google searches,

how can I get Google to show the title of gthe homepage rather than just home

- any suggestions/help very welcome 

 

my URL is www.richardhs.com

Open the "Page Properties" of your index (home) page, go to the tab "Options" and assign an appropriate page title.

Your page title is too long.   Page titles should be unique to each page and no more than 70 characters including spaces. 

Likewise, you should have an appealing meta description as this is the first impression people get from search results pages.  Your meta description should be no more than 150-160  characters including spaces.   See link below for more information.
