A client asked me to revise his webpage today and I found out through troubleshooting with Adobe tech support that the only solution is to REPLACE EVERY INSTANCE OF PROXIMA NOVA!!!! Every instance, every state, every breakpoint. After I finally got the page to preview in browser and the tech left me, I found that I still had font errors when trying to upload a demo to business catalyst. 4 hours of troubleshooting and I still ended up with nothing to bill for.
This is a very serious problem and I want an answer as to how Adobe can arbitrarily pull typestyle out from underneath your design. You can imagine the amount of distrust I now have in moving ahead with muse/adobe in the future.

You forgot to tell us, which issue you are facing. In short, you told us, your client asked to revise your site, and you (and Adobe tech support) found out, that you have to replace Proxima Nova. But why?
I know, Proxima Nova is „retired“. Nevertheless this font should continue working on existing sites. Just read here: https://blog.typekit.com/2017/05/01/farewell-proxima-nova-soft-hello-proxima-soft/
Additionally: Didn’t you use paragraph/character styles?
