Sticky Footer Not Working

My page length is perfect at my break points, but in between them it just stretches on more and more the closer I get to the next breakpoint in. Loads of white space between the end of my content and the footer. Sticky footer is definitely on, and I've tried adjusting the min page height to no avail. Is this a bug?

It's driving me nuts!
