Subscription site through muse and GoDaddy.

I have published a site for a client. The site was created with muse but is hosted through Godaddy. Is there any way (what is the easiest way) that I could add a subscriber feature for specific content within the site?

What should users be able to subscribe to? Newsletter?

I guess this could be done with some proper CMS or maybe with apps like mailchimp or similar?

The goal is to have each subscriber sign in and be directed to a different landing page dependent upon their subscription level.

Sounds very heavy to better use a stable CMS
