Muse is discontinued.  You should find a web authoring tool or service that is in current development.

Replacements come big & small.  The right ones depend on you, your server, skills and budget.

1. Which computer operating system do you use most?
2. How much coding experience do you have?
3. Is this for an amateur/hobby site? 
4. Or do you need to create commercial client sites?
5. Do you want to build dynamic, database driven sites to support a CMS, blog or shopping cart?
6. Or are you looking for a static site builder for displaying pictures and text?
7. Are you OK with tools that only work with specific hosting platforms?
8. Or do you need the site to work with any 3rd party host?
