Text moves when previewing or uploading?

Whenever I preview or upload my muse site the 960 breakpoint has text that moves. How do I fix this?

In muse it looks like: (and is saved this way)

Once uploaded or in preview mode even it looks like:

My 1200 Breakpoint transitions perfectly.

Could you provide a simple .muse, following these instructions? It might be very simple to solve, but with a .muse you get it faster.

Stephanie, can you check if the min-height(dotted line) of text frame is same as text frame edge or if different
