Quick challenge.

Does anybody know how to control an animation frame-by-frame using scroll? Something similar to what Apple had been doing recently to introduce their products HomePod - Apple

I've been trying to use different widgets and tricks... like video control or PNG sequence control and Frame Scrubber with no success..

Any direction would be helpful!
