The use of ampersand in description and keywords

Hi everybody,

A few days ago I launched my first website: http://www.daligardenbb.com.

In the beginning I was happy, until I saw some strange things in the generated html, description and keywords

For example: I use this sentence in description: <Relax in the best Bed & Breakfast in Dali.>

When I inspect my generated html file, I see this:

<Relax in the best Bed &amp; Breakfast in Dali>

I think this will have an effect in search engines.

Can anybody help me with some advise how to solve this?

Not sure what you are asking. Converting special characters to HTML entities is commonplace and has no ill effects whatsoever.

Why not use "and" instead of "&" in your description? That´s by far the easiest way I guess. Maybe it does not affect SEO.

What does google say to this, how does the search result look like? Do you see it the way you want? If so, I wouldn`change anything.
