the widget does not appear in all breakpoints

Hello, I downloaded a widget (photocompare). I used it on a page that has 4 breakpoints. When I preview or view my site on a browser, the widget appears on 3 of the breakpoints (1024, 1208 and 2177) but it no longer appears on the 4th (1920). Yet it is clearly visible on the muse. It is not masked on this stopping point. Can you explain to me why this problem exists and how to solve it? It is very annoying that I can not make this widget appear on all breakpoints.
