timed scrolling

I am looking for a Muse plugin, or some JQuery (however this can be accomplished) to scroll through anchor points on a timer.

Preferably with the timer resetting at the arrival of each anchor point on the site.

Example: Website is a one-page design. 6 sections that have an #anchor on each. The time is set to go to the next anchor every x seconds.
