hopefully you can help me with a serious issue.
on the following site:
...you can find a website which i currently try to finish.
right now i'm talking about the iPhone 6 version (375px).
i'm using the muse tooltip widget.
the tooltip should displayed at the bottom of the page when you press a box with a number which is working great.
but when i left a tooltip open for example box2 and im scrolling down "box3" is displayed right above the tooltip at the bottom, but i want the tooltip on top not the box.
i also have a huge empty space under my 3 pictures.
how can i fix this? there is no item at the bottom or something else which could produce the huge empty space.
maybe you can help me solving the problems.
best regards from germany
i'm also open for alternative ways using a tooltip.
i have to finish this very quickly because the client is waiting.
Could you please share a version of your .muse file, containing only one page and only tooltips 1, 2, and 3, so we can have a closer look.
Please follow these instructions: https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-8652
here is the Link to download the .muse-file:
a version with more boxes.
right now only for mobile phone (375px).
there u can see that the boxes are above tooltips not under tooltips.
and the huge scrollable empty space under my 3 used pictures.
I think, it is simple to solve:
As you place the tool tip box in BP 375 px always at the bottom, set their position from „Scattered“ to „Stacked".
To show the tool tip box in front of the triggers, well, set the triggers not to be "on top".
Thank you very very much for fast help. was quite simple
Do you also have a solution for the white empty space right under these 3 pictures i used?
i can scroll miles to the bottom but there is no content.
Just read my answer again: Set „Position" to „Stacked“ and, since the reposition as a consequence of this action, place each and every tool tip box to the bottom of your page.
u'r right. i'm sorry. very stressed right now.
everything is working perfectly.
thank you very much for helping me!
you made my day! 🙂
oh, when i use stacked, the boxes displayed on different positions now? ;-/
No other chance, than to share a new .muse file.
Please don’t forget to delete all the hidden elements of other breakpoint and these .oam files. They have no influence on your issue and are only hindering the investigations.
you can find the updated version here:
and you can download the muse file here:
also ever tool tip got the same size in browser version.
in muse every tool tip has a different size.
this is kinda confusing.
You issue was a completely different one as you have seen in your first post: There was no blank space at page bottom any more, but the targets adapt the size of the biggest one, if set to „Stacked“. What is the normal behaviour of compositions.
I now set composition target back to „scattered“, selected every single target in the „Layers“ panel dragged it considerably upwards, reduced page height, and dragged the targets into position. Works fine here:
And again: Would be really helpful, if you clean up your site, as I asked you for, before sharing it? Even the form pictures in the background have nothing to do with your issue.
To exclude other culprits I have to delete every single element. And because most elements are invisible, They have to be deleted one by one by one … Not so funny!
thank you very very much and also for showing me how to clean up the muse file.
all is working fine now.
for the next time i know how to send muse files! 😉
