Trying to use Muse

So make sure I got this right. We can still use Muse. Everytime I try to open it I get the Renew Subscription box come up, and will not open.


Do I need to uninstall, and go to Older Apps section and reinstall it?

If I uninstall it, will I lose all my sites?

Continue using Muse is only possible, when you have a complete CC subscription. A single Muse subscription doesn’t exist any more.

Uninstalling and re-installing Muse won’t touch your existing files or published sites.

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click the gear icon > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."

3. Click on Apps tab, scroll down to Settings.  Check the box to Show Older Apps.
4. Click on your Avatar (top right image).
5. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
6. Close all apps.
7. Restart your computer.
8. Open CC Desktop app.
9. Click your Avatar.
10. Sign-in with your paid All APPS plan ID and password.

Was able to sign out of CC App. Close the other apps. Restarted the computer, sign into CC App. Tried to download Muse   I get this error messege... 

"It Appears you are not eligible to download the app or your computer does meet minimum system requirements...'

 

My computer has the requirements, I even try to update my plan and Adobe wouldn't let me 😞

As previously stated, you need a paid subscription to the Creative Cloud ALL APPS plan to access discontinued software like Muse and Fireworks.  Trial members do not have access to discontinued software.

 

Please ensure your computer exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud + all other apps you intend to use.  Click on each product for details.

You must cancel your old plan before you can buy a new plan.

 

Please log-in to your account below.  Click on Manage Plans > Cancel.
