Turning off a background video with a button click...?

Hi, 

I have a background mp4 video playing in the background on the using this code:

<video width="1448" height="760" autoplay loop>
  <source src="assets/demobackground.mp4" type="video/mp4">
</video>


It is set to autoplay. how do I have a click button that stops the video playing and hides it from sight?

Anyonr know how?

The default options should display playback controls when hovering over the video. If they are obstructed by other content on top you may need to replicate them in another place as a form and link them with script code.Mylenium
