Hello Christo 14,

Sorry to hear that in your site Typekit fonts are not loading once you have uploaded it to your FTP host.

However, we have experienced such issues before where the content takes a while to show up in the browser sometimes even upto 24hrs depending on the traffic of that site.

I suggest you to keep checking on it in a while and also try clearing the cache of your browser and see if that helps.

let us know how it goes.

Thanks!

Hi Ankush,

I am testing the site on 5 devices:

  1. Macbook Pro 15" (what I use to build the site)
  2. Macbook Pro 13" (just for testing)
  3. iPad Air
  4. iPhone 6s
  5. Oppo V5

Device #1 displays the correct font, the other devices show Helvetica/Ariel.

Same result in Chrome and Safari on all devices.

Here's the test site:

Yogi Amitram | Home

I'll wait until tomorrow to see if the fonts display as intended.

Thanks for your reply!

Thanks for the information Chris.

Also share a screen shot from device where it looks as expected, so I can compare them easily.

Thanks,

Ankush

Thanks Nancy.

  1. Why would it be missing?
  2. What am I supposed to do to make the Typekit Library 'found'.
