Unable to hyperlink a menu

Why is it that when I click on Infolettre in the menu, I am able to put a link, but when I click on Boutique, the place to put le link does not show.

untick edit together and change the type to manual... then you can add custom links to the menu options

This is doing a manual menu, but my menu had always worked before, so I still don't understand why I lost it.  I had my menu for about 2 years, I was working rearranging the spacings, I lost 2 links, and when I tryed to put them back, I couldn't do it on that space.
