Unable to open Muse CC

Hi, i have just installed Muse CC and when clicking to open, all i get is the loading wheel on the mouse icon for 2-3 seconds and then nothing, it is the same for opening muse from it's .exe file.

I have tried previous versions and that are all non responsive, i also get no error messages ether.

any help?

have you downloaded | installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable?

you can get it free from Microsoft here Download Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4 from Official Microsoft Download...

turn off any 3rd party antivirus during install... you can stay off the net for 2 mins after downloading it... then restart your system and test Muse
