Updating Muse site on Business Catalyes site

I have edited a site using Muse, whici it was originally created in and now need to update the site on Business Catalyst.

The original site was crated by an emploee no longer working with us.

I have acces to Business Catalyst. How do I upload the edited site?

When I try to publish the site I I receive a message that says the current associated site is not available to this user.

Should I export as an HTML and use FTP to upload? Will that work. I have not used Muse before and I am unfamiliar with its file type.
