upload in cloudflare

hello guys, i really would like to find one How too, or some pdf to learn, if someone could help i'll be thankfull.

I made a site using muse, it was very cool, very small, ligh, i was testing with business catalyst, but now its off line. I bought the domain, and i'd like to test with cloud fire, but i didnt find how setup the publish button to upload the files there.. anyone here uses cloudflare, can give some tip or some way to study and learn how to let it working ?
