Sorry if I am being dim here.

I have a simple single page website with anchors to navigate, how can I have them apply to a widgets nav menu?

Hi,

No, you are not being dim!

The widgets nav menus know about pages in a web site, but not anchors on a page.

This is why the options in the drop down for the menu shows: Top-Level Pages, All pages, or Manual.

You will need to create a Manual menu and then add the hyperlinks yourself.

The Hyperlinks dropdown menu will then show the title of that single page and then the various anchors

on that page.

The image above shows a link to the "First" anchor on page "Home"

I hope this helps, although its probably not what you want to hear 🙂

Rgrds, Euan

Best regards, Euan.

Are you talking about the standard menu widget?

If yes, set it up as „manual“ and afterwards select the widget‘s menu item and use the „hyperlinks“ dropdown in Muse‘s upper control strip to select the anchor link.

You're not being thick!

In Muse it's often the case of a repeated click to drill down to get to the options you want.

If I've helped, please hit answered under my pictorial post above. Every little helps !!

Best regards, Euan.
