Vertical scrolling problem - locked when viewing website on PC

Hello. My client is having trouble scrolling vertically on this muse website on several PC's in their office. Their mouse locks up and they cannot scroll at all. However they can use the links in the top navigation. Home I Liberty Grand Not every PC just some of them and they would like the problem solved. Does anyone know by looking at the website why this might be happening. Is it a browser setting on those computers or is it something wrong with the way the website is built? Please help.

Did you check with them whether it happens with any specific browser or work environment?

Usually, we might expect such unexpected functions with Internet Explorer browser in an enterprise environment.
