Have a look at the MuseThemes widgets – especially onto this one: https://www.muse-themes.com/products/onload-animator

A second way to achieve these animations:

Before Muse was declared „End of Life“ the Muse team rolled out an animation widget in the prerelease version, which unfortunately didn’t make its way into the shipped Muse version.

You may find this widget by unzipping this .muse file and copying it to your own Muse projects: https://www.dropbox.com/s/2zv4m6yjggrm6eu/Muse-Animation-Widget.zip?dl=1

(I am quite sure, that nobody will raise an objection, because it was planned to publish this widget independently from a Muse update.)
