Website looks fine on mobile Safari, but not Chrome

I am having a problem getting my website to be responsive in Chrome on mobile. When in Chrome, I'm unable to pinch-out to view the whole page, but it works perfectly fine in Safari. Below are two screenshots. You can also see for yourself on your phone at www.pvramid.com

Can anyone help my troubleshoot this to figure out how to fix this issue?

Looks and works fine in Safari (I am able to pinch out to view the whole page)

But in Chrome, it looks like this and I am unable to pinch out to zoom:

Using the developer tool in Safari shows that content does not fit into mobile screens.
