Weird red filter in design mode

Hello,

Since my latest edits on one of the websites, I suddenly got this weird red filter in design mode, and now it is in all my web projects. Absolutely no idea how to get rid of it. Just one example of it in the screenshot below (it is either on the whole page or just stripe in the middle). Anyone has faced any issue like this? Adobe team, how can I get rid of it?
