Where have the fonts gone???

I downloaded the full set of Open Sans and now its only showing me the most recently used? What happened?!

I think, you are looking in thge category „Recently Used Fonts“.

Scroll down inj your font menu to the category „Web Fonts“.

I tried to install „Open Sans“ from the „Edge Font“ section a minute ago, and it works like a charm.

Nope they have disappeared! I scrolled down. I will have to load them again, but its so annoying!

All my other downloaded fonts have gone too!

• Did you try to uninstall the fonts and reinstall them using menu „File/Add/Remove Web Fonts …"
• Did you try signing out of Creative cloud and signing in again by clicking onto your avatar in Creative Cloud App.
