My university taught us Adobe Muse to create an online store knowing it was coming to an end. I have no coding skills and want to make a website from Adobe since I'm already paying for it. What Adobe app or websites do you recommed? I thought about Shopify, Bigcartel, Wix etc but they seem like a big investment and I'm not sure how many customers I will get

If you are looking for an online store widget, I recommend one of these two (I used them by myself):

Especially the "Premium" version allows all thinkable kinds of customisations. Using the "free" verion, you can check, if it meets your needs.
You may have alook at this widget too: https://www.muse-themes.com/products/shopify-ecommerce
What you need, is a Shopify account, where you can build your shop. The widgets integrate this shop into your web site.

I would avoid Muse because it's discontinued. Eventually sites made with Muse will have problems of one kind or another. Also, there's no assurance that Muse widgets will remain in active development. With e-commerce that is a deal breaker.
Have a look at Adobe Dreamweaver + a DMX Zone extension called Sliding PayPal Shopping Cart2. Unlike Muse these products are supported and in active development.
