Yes, if they work now, why not? It is a matter of your site and your hosting server. Once published, Muse isn‘t involved any more.

If your hosting provider makes upgrades to your server, you may experience some problems with incompatible scripts.   Since Muse won't be updating those scripts for you, you're entirely on your own when something breaks.  

A possible workaround is to use a 3rd party form service like wufoo.com.  The form is processed on their servers, not  yours.
