Wonky scrolling on new webpage build

"Wonky" was the best thing I could think of.

I built my new website and it was all looking great on my end. When I sent the link out I immediately got feedback that something was wrong with scrolling on the Work Samples page. It worked fine on my end, but I discovered if I resized the page in just the right way, I could recreate the issue. What happens is, only the Home button will scroll, but the text in the body of the page won't scroll so you can see the rest of it. I shot video of it so you can see  what it looks like:

If you wanna check it out in person:

WORK SAMPLES

Any thoughts on how I can fix this?

If the project was created completely in Muse there could be only two options

1 Accidentally pin the text box to the top or

or you activate the scrolling effects on the side panel (if done with a fixed site properties)

Check both options and hopefully you can get it right.

Otherwise you should upload your project to a dropbox or something else to have a closer look/

Urban, on fluid width breakpoints, scrollmotion is not available.

You should watch your layout from breakpoint to breakpoint.

Your "home" is pinned differently from breakpoint (960 or 980 approximately) and smaller breakpoints.

Your content has different pinning higher than 960/980 and lower than that.

Your "Home" is sometimes undependant from the menu and sometimes it moves together.

If you need any further assistance, create a single page with this issue and upload via CC or dropbox.

Urbansaol, that was it! The pinning was wrong.

But now I'm noticing that on the home page, that the placement of the menu tabs (Work Samples, Contact) is wrong on Chrome and Firefox. Looks fine in Safari, but on the other two the buttons overlap my name. What would they be right in one browser, but not the others?

Thanks
