wrong site phone view

I have a problem with the website that I created with muse with regards to the phone version, looking at it with iphone all ok (even with samsung models), looking at it with other phone models the bottom is totally black ... you only see one photo, the menu (retractable) is accelerated (when it expands you can't even type that disappears), what can it depend on? my version of muse is 2018.1.0.266

Works fine  on my side, though. It is recommended to better use/create responsive sites instead of adaptive sites. But this is not the solution as far as I can`t see any issue with your site.

Using Chrome instead of Firefox on my Android, the mobile menu disappears very fast after tapping the hamburger menu, is it a 3rd party widget? The same happens to Opera. Maybe someone with Safari tests the site?

But I don`t get the black appearance as your user does.

the background image is dark on their phone... I would try making a copy "without" & see if they still get the same issue
