Hi there,
As you're seeing a color difference in Photoshop, could you please let us know the exact version of Photoshop you're working on?
Also, could you please try enabling "Legacy compositing" located in Photoshop's Preferences > Performance, then relaunch Photoshop and let us know if it helps?
Regards,
Sahil

JPEG、raw

Per Berntsen

"It's Windows 10.
2020 update
It is an app and iPhone that see the image that is installed as standard in Windows, but the color is clearly different from the case of viewing in camera raw and the editing screen even in Photoshop. On the edit screen, the white color is cream."
This is a clear indication of a defective monitor profile, probably delivered by a Windows update.
Try setting the monitor profile to sRGB (Use Adobe RGB if you have a wide gamut monitor)
If this fixes the issue, you should ideally calibrate the monitor with a hardware calibrator, which will also create and install a custom monitor profile that accurately describes your monitor.
Press the Windows key + R, type colorcpl in the box, and press Enter.
Add the sRGB profile, and set it as default.
Photoshop needs to be restarted to become aware of the new profile.
