Photoshop2019 での塗りつぶしパターンの比率変更方法

Photoshop2019 を利用しています。

任意でパターンを作成し、塗りつぶしツールにて使用したいと考えていますが、塗りつぶしの際にパターンのサイズ変更は可能でしょうか。

Photoshop2019 での設定方法がわからず対応できない状況です。

After creating the Pattern (Fig 1) and filling the area with the Pattern (Fig 2)  you can use Edit > Transform > Scale to reduce the Pattern size and area (Fig 3) or enlarge the Pattern size (Fig 4).

I like the pattern adjustment layer. You can make revisions, and is efficent.
