Hi @akbar31509579j70b do you have a valid subscription, we are not able to find it via the email address you have here. If so, please log in with that and see if you are still getting this error.
It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
