I cannot resize multiple images at once

I have groups, smart objects and I wanted to resize them all at once. However even though I select them all, It only transform one rectangle shape in a group.

If I select every object except the group with the rectangle, it resizes perfectly.

The screenshot shows all the layers I selected and it was shot during transform. As you can see from the ratio, only the rectangle (background of kumo 7) is transformed even though all the layers are selected.

hi @Floolight link the layers together or make sure you have "Auto Select" unchecked in the options panel above when using the move tool.

Thanks for the reply. I never use Auto Select and I'm sure that it was off.

I believe it was an error on beta because I uninstalled it and moved everything to another file. Now everything seems okay.

Btw, my main aim was to notify Adobe about the error rather than finding a solution. Because I've been a Photoshop user for more than 5 years now and knew that it was something unusual.
