I can confirm that the transform-options in the contextual menu are missing in Photoshop Beta.
The Transform-options are still available and usable through the app-menu and by using the default modifier keys (Alt, Shift, Command). But this has to be fixed ASAP and at least before releasing this Beta version as the main version.

In versions prior, and in the regular release, after free-transforming a selection I could right-click it and select any of the transform tools such as scal, rotate, skew, warp, etc. I could do this as many times as needed without issue.
In 26.3.0 when I do this, I can't get any of the transform tools to come up unless I go to the main menu for them. It was not doing this prior to the 26.3.0. Instead, I can right-click and get the transform tool once. But from there the right click simply fails to pop up.
This is a fairly fresh install on a Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon 12th gen. Did a complete reset 2 weeks ago, maybe 2 updates to photoshop since. Everything is up to date on the PC.
Bug (or bad update): The right-click context menu for the Transform tool doesn't display anymore, and it's really frustrating to go to the Edit menu every time you need to select Transform > Distort, Perspective, etc. — Please, revert that update, or tell me how I can change it myself. Thanks!
Updated to 26.3 Beta to resolve a problem in 26.1. Now I'm unable to open images from Explorer with Photoshop Beta. Nor can I set Photoshop Beta as default for any image type.
Instead, when right-clicking an image to "open with" or when selecting a default app for a file type in Windows, PS Beta doesn't appear in the apps list. If I "choose another app" it doesn't come up there either. If I then browse for the app and select Photoshop.exe from the Photoshop Beta folder, the "Choose an app" window just pops open again. I can go through this process over and over and it just loops back every time.

Hi, So I am using PS Beta, and since 2 days now my free transform tool is not working. I use CTRL+T to activate the layer transform and when i right click on the layer for options like distort nothing happens. I have tried resetting my preferences, also turned on legacy transform tool, and most of the suggested corrections on adobe forum but nothing seems to work. Please help
The newest version of Photoshop beta seems to have removed a feature I used quite a bit, the ability to right click when transforming an opbect - I'd right click and select from several options to edit to my liking and now the option is gone. I have to find the edits in the drop down window instead of the very convienant right click that I've ben using for decades. Why remove it? It makes my workflow much more difficult. Please put it back.
@Rich Barker can you please provide specific steps and or screenshots for your workflow and how/where you aee the problem (right click on canvas, or right click in the layers panel on a layer)? Do you have the following preference set: Preferences > Interface > "Show Simplified Right Click and Flyout Menu"
This is a known bug and the Photoshop team is aware. I've moved your post from Photoshop to the primary thread in the Photoshop Beta forum. The team will post here when they have a fix.
Launch BETA Photoshop While Pressing The Keyboard Shortcut With Photoshop closed, press and hold Shift+Ctrl+Alt (Win) / Shift+Command+Option (Mac) on your keyboard and then Launch Photoshop the way you normally would. https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#Manually
2. It may help if we could see your Photoshop beta System Info. Launch Photoshop beta, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
