I've successfully used the generative tool on another machine but my current setup when hitting generate it gives me an get session ID error. Reinstalled, rebooted, same results.
It was working about an hour ago, came back from lunch and now I too get that error. I'm guessing it's something on their end since there are so many of us receving this error. Perhaps the network is overloaded.
Resetting the settings worked for me. But strange thing, i only used PS beta just one time before that, just to try the new feature. The second time the error occures.
I have been trying to use the new Generative AI from Adobe, but I can't do anything because I get this error which has been annoying for the longest time now. Is there any way that I can get rid of this error? Any suggestions are appreciated, thank you.
I had the same issue. Some people said to use a VPN or update your network settings... Me personally, all I did was wait and it started working again. If you think about it, there must be millions if not billions of people trying to use the AI Generative Fill feature simultaneously, so you should expect errors from time-to-time. I'm sure the sytem is simply overloaded. The same thing happens with Chat-GPT. Good Luck!
I get a request_task 1000 error when I use the Estonian, Swedish, Dutch and so on VPNs. At the same time with the Russian ip address I have no such error. Adobe have blocked ip of popular VPNs?
Yes this issue still exist even after update to 24.7. I tried every country from surft shark VPN. It work for me now only without VPN (I have russian ip).
In 24.7 beta "1000" error is replaced with "There is high demand, please wait a while" popup. But this error occurs, again, only when I'm connected to a VPN (Any country but Russia)
