P: Unknown error in Ps Web

it keeps giving me an unknown error. if I click ignore it will not let me do anything and if I click reload it will let me do things but I lose half my progress that hasn't been saved yet.

It seems that the problem stops photoshop from actually being able to edit the image. It may be caused by using a low end computer (I am using a chromebook), and was caused by going off the tab for a prolonged period of time I think
