it keeps giving me an unknown error. if I click ignore it will not let me do anything and if I click reload it will let me do things but I lose half my progress that hasn't been saved yet.
I keep getting this error randomly pop up If i click ignore i won't let me do anything but if I reload all of my stuff it will not be saved so i will lose half my project and have to redo it. 😞
Hi @Kayson23791257osrz sorry to hear this. Have you saved the file at any time in the workflow? It is possible to revert to a previous saved version since the files are saved on the cloud.
I tried saving it but it just gives me the error every time I try. It sometimes will auto save on its own. But if the error ever pop up I won't save after that. I have tried to get stuff back but they seem to just disappear. It won't even let you use control z (undo) after you have reloaded it.
I am using a Chrome book so I have crome os and I use Google Chrome. Can't try another browser because I have a Chrome book so I can't try different browser but I might be able to get on a different computer later a windows.
I have created a file using the desktop version and am trying to upload it to the cloud... a message appears when I try to unclick 'Save notes' - a message says 'Save options don't apply to cloud documents'. So when I go back and start over the saving process of saving to cloud without un-checking any save options... that goes through smoothly. Then when I go into Creative Cloud, as CC is readong the photoshop format, a box appears at the end 'This document contains unsupported features.' A second box appears, "unknown error' Sorry, there was an unknown error. You can either ignore it, reload the page or report the issue.' So I reported the issue. But not it's not an editable document in the Creative Cloud... no layers appear and if layers do appear with that message, I'm not able to edit any of the layers. Help?!?! Thanks!
Hi Cory. Is there a time next week we can schedule to do this? I have a hard stop at 1PM today and I would like for our IT team to review before that time as well. Would next Monday or Tuesday work?
Hi @default287996921vohb8 sorry to hear this. What browser are you using, version? Have you tried another browser or restarted your computer, what happens then?
Sorry to hear this @default28798716obylb1 could you share a screenshot of the error message? What is happening when you try to edit the file, can you edit any files?
What browser and version are you using, have you tried another browser? Are you able to open any files or is the issue only with this one? Does your computer meet the specs for Ps on web?
Hi @default28802037fs6n4l sorry to hear this. Could you share your computer specs and OS as well as the browser and version you are using? Have you tried a different browser, what happens then? What is the workflow you are using when you get this error? Would it be possible for you to share a video of your process for the team?
Hi @default28812077behknq not sure what your issue is, could you share some more information or screenshots on what you are seeing and what your workflow is?
I clicked on a link to view "The difference with Photoshop on the web." and recieved an "Unknown" error. It allowed me to continue, report, or reload the page. I chose to report.
