I am unable to use the Parametric Filters in PS Beta. I have taken a video of me attempting to apply the filter and a copy of the system info for review.

It could absolutely be user error, but for troubleshooting, I have converted the workspace to 8 bit as another forum as suggested, updated by PS Beta to the most recent update, and updated my camera raw as suggested by another poster in the forum. I have trried adjusting the artboard size converting to a smart object, rasterizing, etc.
I am operating on the most recent beta version as of today: V.27.1
